Opt-Out from the Use and/or Sharing of Your Sensitive Personal Information

If you are a resident of a state that provides consumer privacy rights (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia), you can use the form below to request that we delete your personal information or opt you out of the sale and sharing of your personal information with third parties. We may deny opt-out requests when we have a documented, good-faith reason to believe the request is fraudulent.

If you use an authorized agent to submit your opt-out request, we need written authorization signed by both you and the agent. We determine whether the documentation is valid at our reasonable discretion.
